The SHA-256 shown is the server's ETag for this ZIP, which Uptodown also lists as the file's SHA-256. Windows Explorer reports the same file as 7.68 GB because it counts in binary gigabytes.

Despite the iOS address, this is a Windows .exe named RoS Legacy Installer 0.14.0. There is no App Store build, and the official mobile chooser still marked iOS as Coming Soon.

Unpack the whole ZIP into a folder with enough free space for the extracted game as well as the archive, then start the game from that folder. Nothing runs from inside the ZIP.

No official minimum or recommended PC specification has been published for ROS Legacy. Requirements listed for ROS: Origin belong to a different revival project.
